Legal Agreement

The client may not edit, print, sell, reproduce, or redistribute photographs without previous written confirmation and agreement from the photographer. I hereby assign full copyright of these photographs to the photographer (and the related representatives and assigns) together with the right of reproduction either wholly or in part. I grant to the Photographer or licensees or assignees the permission to use photographs either separately or together, either wholly or in part. The perpetual and irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish video and/or photographs of myself/my products/my business, or where I may be included for editorial trade, product advertising and such other fashion/business purposes in any manner and medium. The Photographer and licensees or assignees may have unrestricted use of these for whatever purpose (within reason and agreement), including advertising and relicensing, with any retouching or alteration without restriction.*

*The responses that have been filled out on your intake form will always be followed and respected.

Usage Agreement

Fees and charges paid to Steven Audia Studio are for the creative services rendered and include only digital commercial and social licensing for personal and business usage. Unpaid creative work only includes digital and social licensing. Credit for images is appreciated but not required for paid work. The following is not permitted under Canadian copyright laws unless previously discussed with Steven Audia Studio/Studio X:

1) No Unlawful Use. Clients will not use the Photos in any unlawful manner.

2) No Standalone File Use. Clients will not use the Photos in any way that allows a standalone file or content file to be downloaded, extracted, or redistributed by others.

3) No Use in Trademark or Logo. Clients will not use the Photos in any trademark, design, logo or other mark.

4) No Alterations. Clients will not alter the Photos without the prior written permission of Photographer. This includes, cropping, retouching, censoring, and applying colours or filters. Images that include nudity or require censorship will be censored by Steven Audia Studio/Studio X and sent along with the original uncensored versions.

5) No Products for Resale. Clients will not use the Photos in any goods or products where the Photos are the primary value.

6) No Sub-license. Clients will not sub-license the Photos without the prior written permission of the Photographer.

7) No printing unless the apropriate licence has been purchased.

Licensing

The following licenses are included with the service fees paid to Steven Audia Studio/Studio X.

1) Digital Commercial Rights: For use on digital personal or company websites, pages, blogs, online stores, and e-mails.

2) Social Rights: For use on digital social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter. This includes paid subscription sites such as Patreon and Onlyfans. Images posted by clients online may be shared by other people, accounts, and businesses, they may not however redistribute images for use on third party pages for the purposes of advertising or profit. Licenses can be purchased from Steven Audia Studio/Studio X by third parties.

The following licenses may have to be purchased for further usage of images unless previously discussed with Steven Audia Studio.

1) Personal Print Rights: Need to be obtained when physical reproductions of the images are to be made for personal use by a third party. Prints can be ordered and arranged through Steven Audia Studio/Studio X at any time. Obtaining print rights does not grant rights to the sale of reproductions or for printed commercial use. Commercial printing fees are $250.00 per image. A 25% discount is available when purchasing the license for 3 or more images.

2) Editorial Rights: Need to be obtained when the images are to be used or distributed to digital magazines, newspapers, blogs, or other outlets. 

3) Print Commercial Rights: Need to be obtained when the images are to be used or distributed to printed magazines, newspapers, blogs, or other outlets for the purpose of advertising, selling, and profit. Commercial printing fees are $500.00 per image. A 25% discount is available when purchasing the license for 3 or more images.

Unpaid Creatives, Ambassadors, And Influencers

Content created by Steven Audia Studio/Studio X during unpaid creative collaborations waive all commercial usage rights and have only personal digital and unpaid social licenses. No images, whole or in part, produced during an unpaid creative shoot may be used for profit or by, on, or for the promotion of any for paid sites or media (Ex: OnlyFans, Patreon, magazines, publications) unless explicitly discussed and agreed to by Steven Audia Studio. Ambassadors and influencencers may use work for paid sites (Ex: OnlyFans, Patreon). Crediting Steven Audia Studio/Studio X and the team is strictly required when using images from creatives. All images will have the Studio X signature. All ambassadors, influencers, and creatives are required to fill out our feeback form.

Shoots for X9 Bikini

Content created by Steven Audia Studio/Studio X during shoots for X9 waive all commercial usage rights and have only personal digital and unpaid social licenses. All images and videos created for X9 may be used across all their online platforms and for print and digital marketing campaigns. Crediting Steven Audia Studio/Studio X and the team is strictly required when using images from X9 creatives. Models for X9 will recvive all retouched and finished images, selected by the X9 team. Models may purchase additional finished edits from the shoot AT COST.
