Collaboration Agreement & Model Release

Studio X is a space for raw, unfiltered, and unrestricted photography. Every session is a collaboration—built on trust, creative exploration, and mutual respect. Below are the terms of participation to ensure a professional experience for both of us. By participating in a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

  • Black & White Photography – All images are shot in black and white, focusing on light, texture, and form.

Partial to Full Nudity – You must be comfortable with implied, partial, or full nudity. Posing is always a discussion, and your boundaries will be respected.

Face Visibility is Optional – You can choose to keep your face hidden while still allowing your body to be part of the visual story. Upon request, identifiable marks such as tattoos can be removed in post-production to maintain anonymity.

Safe & Inclusive Space – Studio X welcomes all genders, expressions, bodies, and ages 18+.

  • Minimal Retouching – Images will be edited for light, contrast, and tone, but no body reshaping or drastic skin retouching will be done. The focus is on preserving the natural texture, form, and character of the subject.

Authenticity First – The goal is to capture you as you are—without artificial perfection or unrealistic alterations.

  • How Your Images Will Be Used – Photos may be shared on Studio X’s website under recent work, social media, in publications, exhibitions, and select printed works such as books or fine art prints. Photo stories may have text written by Steven alongside the images.

Copyright & Ownership – Steven Audia retains full copyright over all images. You may not use the images for commercial purposes without permission.

Receiving Images – Select final images will be shared with you for personal use. If you share them, credit to Studio X is appreciated.

Privacy Requests – If you want to remain anonymous (face hidden, no name mentioned), we can agree on that before the session.

  • How long are shoots
I believe the best work gets made while in a collaborative flow, and that people have different needs for how long it takes to get comfortable and into the groove of shooting. The shoot will last as long as there is energy, and will conclude when it feels right. Generally shoots last between 2 and 4 hours.

    What to bring
I recommend bringing simple white/black undergarments and tank top / T-shirts.
